The Northstar Master Property Owners Association creates a system of governance and controls over all residential properties developed in Northstar Community, including single family homes, condominiums and multi-family apartment projects. The Northstar Master Property Owners Association will be responsible for the ownership and maintenance of Common Expenses as defined in the Master Deed Declaration. All property owners are subject to the following assessments:
- Annual assessments – for the maintenance, operation, management and other costs of the Northstar Master Property Owners Association.
- Special assessments – may be levied for necessary expenses not included in the annual operating budget, including extraordinary, unanticipated or emergency situations requiring additional funds be available to the Northstar Master Property Owners Association.
- Parcel assessments – may be charged to specific residential property owners due to violations of the Master Declaration.
Each neighborhood will be separately assessed to cover Common Expenses as defined in the Master Deed Declaration. The 2019 annual assessment for each household is:
– Bluestem Neighborhood $275
– Kenley Neighborhood $275
