Stay in the Know: Seasonal Landscape Practices
🌿 During the spring, you may see us throughout the community working on various common area tasks. This primarily includes seeding, weed treatments, and pond care. Grassy areas will be maintained and street trees will be planted.
Residents are reminded that to keep street trees healthy, remove weeds, water weekly, and prune branches at least 8 feet above sidewalks. Additionally, replace mulch and/or ground cover in early June to retain moisture, prevent weeds, and provide a well-maintained appearance. Common areas should be kept clear of personal landscaping, yard waste, trash, and belongings to ensure a beautiful area for all to enjoy.

Exterior Modification Updates
To enhance the Exterior Modification Application process, we’re excited to introduce a new Exterior Modification Application Checklist! This checklist will guide you through the required information for common projects, helping ensure applications have the necessary documents and details from the start. While some applications may still require extra information, we hope this tool makes the process faster and more efficient for everyone.
As a reminder, all Exterior Modification applications must be submitted online through your Resident Center (Buildium) account via ‘Architectural Request’. If you do not yet have the required MPOA account to set up Resident Center (Buildium) access, please contact Property Management for further assistance.
