Master Property Owners Association (MPOA) 

Purpose: To cover Common Expenses as defined in the Master Deed Declaration.

Note: An Assessed Valuation Charge is included on property tax bills from Delaware County. Fees are based on your assessed property value. Newer households may be mailed an invoice from the NCA for this charge.
