Master Property Owners Association (MPOA) 

Purpose: To cover Common Expenses as defined in the Master Deed Declaration.
Fee: $300/year (billed annually) in 2025 for Bluestem Neighborhood, Ivy Wood Neighborhood, Kenley Neighborhood and Wiltshire Neighborhood.

The neighborhoods below will have an additional assessment as the result of the services provided to the homes located within the subdivision:
• Goldwell Neighborhood – Additional fees not established by the HOA. Contact Omni Community Association Managers at 1-877-405-1089 for fee information.
• Ivy Wood Neighborhood – Additional fees not established by the HOA for the patio homes. Contact Katy Lyons at 1-859-341-4709 or [email protected]

Note: An Assessed Valuation Charge is included on property tax bills from Delaware County. Fees are based on your assessed property value. Newer households may be mailed an invoice from the NCA for this charge.

NorthStar Golf Club is one of the longest courses in Ohio. Designed by former Ohio State and PGA golfer John Cook, this par-72 course has become a favorite among PGA champions and weekend golfers alike. Club members also have access to clubhouse and banquet facilities, pool and tennis court.
